ESSEX REBELS CLASSIC CAR CLUB

                                ESSEX REBELS

The Essex Rebels is a group of Classic Car enthusiasts, who started life as an off-shoot of the TR Drivers Club, to whom they are still very closely affiliated.

Instead of identifying themselves with just one marquee of car, they are open to all makes and types. All you need is enthusiasm and an old car!

Throughout the summer they are flying the Battle Flag of the Confederates at numerous Classic Car Shows, probably at least one each weekend.

Members of the club have won various awards at shows, and their stand is always eagerly visited, not least because of Maggie’s bacon butties!

They have a range of good quality regalia, including baseball caps, sweat shirts, bomber jackets, etc., details of which can be obtained from the Dizzy Fox himself [aka Kev Todd].

Although they operate mostly down the east side of the country, through Suffolk, Essex, Kent and Sussex, anyone from anywhere is always made welcome, and people have been known to drive all the way from Surrey and Worcester to support them.

It costs nothing to join, so is affordable by all. Have a look at the web-site for a list of coming events, and give Kev or Maggie a ring for more details. Come on – have some fun!
